Beach Bums

They say you have to produce a lot of crap 'art' before you can produce something appealing, so a long road awaits, then! Ah, ah, ah! Back to the humble cartridge paper for this latest effort. I pushed the boat out a bit went for a more creative look by adding two sketches together, even though the birds (they're Lesser Black-backs you know!) were idling apart out of view. Anyway, this is what proper artists do so another step forward hopefully! The water's slowly improving and looking a tad more convincing. Sorry, no apologies for more gulls - they're always available and strike a variety of poses, plus adults at this time of year are looking rather handsome.
Thanks for looking.
My last post for a couple of weeks as Eaglenest, Kaziranga et al beckon!
